Gaskets are the seals placed between engine components before they are assembled in order to provide a reliable seal. The gasket manifold is used in breathing circuit gas. The gasket is made up of EPDM(Propylene Diene Monomer) material known for high electrical resistance.It exhibits outstanding resistance to heat, ozone, steam and weather.EPDM material has good mechanical properties also. It has a good resistance to most water-based chemicals.EPDM rubber is also resistant to polar solvents like water, acids, alkalies, phosphate esters.It has excellent flexibility at high and low temperatures. The gasket is free from voids,cuts and tears and also have light weigth which makes them easy to install. This part is compatible with vent engine assembly of Aespire 7900,Avance and Amingo,Aespire View Anesthesia Delivery systems.
