The High Pressure 40mm Gauge is used in Anesthesia Delivery system. Pressure gauges are Instruments used to measure and display pressure in an integral unit. The anesthesia machine is a continuous flow machine in which all the components are mounted on a table. The basic machine has provision for fixing two O2 cylinders and two N2O cylinders through the yoke assembly with PISS. A pressure gauge is mounted on to the yoke assembly to read the pressure in the cylinder. This pressure gauge indicates the pressure of gas in kPa. If using cylinders, pressure gauge are used to determine when the cylinder is nearly empty (low pressure on gauge) and needs changing. The face of the gauge has black colored figures and graduations on a white background. The gauge case is made of stainless steel, supported by steel U-Clamp which is zinc plated.
