The 48VDC Power Supply 1000W Condor is used for the Power Distribution Unit (PDU) for the XGD cabinet in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) systems. The power supply is located on the right side of the top of the PDU that fits into the power cabinet assembly. The PDU consists of a transformer with a multi-tapped primary and two secondaries, a filter and a load center with circuit breakers to distribute power to the various peripherals in the MRI system. The power supply is used for the PDU to provide 48VDC power to the output connectors. It will be used to power fans within the cabinet, individual printed circuit boards and the control rack. The GPMP Series are universal input AC/DC power supplies with Power Factor Correction (PFC) with up to 900 Watts output power. This series operates for 90-264 VAC input voltage and offers DC output required for the industry. This power supply incorporates true inhibit, power fail alarm, power good signal and fan control. It also offers integral forced air cooling, peak rating is for 1 minute maximum 10% duty cycle and the noise measures 20 MHz bandwidth for differential mode. The measurements are across output terminals of the power supply and the 12V auxiliary outputs.
