The Lubricant Krytox® GPL 205 2 Oz Tube is a tube that contains a lubricant that comprised of Perfluoropolyether (PFPE) oil. It is used as a lubricant in anesthesia delivery machines and O₂ machines. The Krytox® greases due to their wide operating temperature range are suitable for use in harsh environments. The lubricant is made up of materials that are free from silicone, hence will not damage plastics or elastomers, nor will it cause corrosion to metals. The lubricant is chemically inert, therefor it is well suited for many medical applications.
